Why am I in this business? As an HR Director many years ago, I found it wasn't as easy as it should be to find a good broker partner! I hung up my HR hat. Within a few years, I opened Pro Benefits as I believed there was a need (and opportunity) in the market for a high-touch independent agency like ours. The thing I love most about this business is the pride I feel in building a team that believes in doing the right thing for our clients.
If I wasn't in this business, what would I be doing? I like to imagine I'd be working in a bookstore in Paris (an English-speaking bookstore, as my French est très mal!)

Why am I in this business? I was finishing my bachelor’s degree at CWU and had been in a sales position for years. Jodi gave me the opportunity to join the family business and I couldn't say 'YES' fast enough! My favorite part of this job is providing great customer service. I get a lot of satisfaction from solving problems and making our clients' lives a little easier.
If I wasn't in this business, what would I be doing? Let's be honest, my boss will never let me leave. But, saying she did . . . I'd be an event planner!

Why am I in this business? I'd been in retail management since graduating from WWU. I was literally recruited off the sidewalk in front of our office. I enjoy the business as it allows me to exercise many of my strengths at the same time: customer service, working with numbers, and creative thinking. I enjoy the challenge of putting together an out-of-the-box benefits package for my clients.

Why am I in this business? After I graduated college and finished showing horses internationally for the year I then joined the team at Pro Benefits and I love the problem-solving aspect that comes with the benefits world. Why am I in this business? Prior to joining the team, the bulk of my career was at an insurance brokerage company where I spent time in account administration, benefit specialist services, and compliance. I had the opportunity to stay at home with my children and after several years I wanted to explore re-entry into the workforce once again! Why am I in this business? I have always enjoyed helping people and worked in the Social Services field for many years. After taking some time off to raise my children, I rejoined the workforce as a Benefits Administrator with EPK&Associates, a partner of Pro Benefits. This allowed me to utilize my customer service skills while learning more about Group and Individual Insurance. One of the things that drew me to Pro Benefits is the commitment the team has towards helping their customers find the best fit while providing excellent customer service and resources.
If I wasn't in this business, what would I be doing? I would be a Travel Guide, learning and teaching about new places and people.
