Our History

Founded in 2011, by Jodi Hensley,  Pro Benefits of Washington was formed to better serve employees and families with a simpler benefits process.  As a former HR Executive, Jodi knew firsthand the pain points and challenges of selecting and managing employee benefits. She envisioned an agency that could provide expertise and financial guidance, but also hands-on care and service. 

 

From there, PRO grew to earn high praise in Washington and was eventually acquired by Capital Benefit Group in 2020. Under the Capital Benefit Group umbrella,  PRO continues to serve clients with the same service, expertise, and care that inspired Jodi to launch PRO.
